CALIPER PAINTING

CALIPER PAINT

Nothing compliments your wheels better than a sleek painted set of calipers. This is the perfect customization for a subtle yet tasteful mod. We use a combination of heat resistant primers, paints, and top coats for a long lasting, non-bubbling finish. Any basic or custom colour can be done .

OUR CALIPER PAINTING PROCESS

  • A gray sedan car with the front wheel removed, supported on a jack stand, in a garage or workshop with a closed garage door overhead and various tools and equipment around.

    STEP 1

The vehicle is lifted safely onto jack stands and then the wheels are removed.

  • Close-up of a car brake assembly, featuring a silver brake rotor and a red brake caliper with multiple bolts.

    STEP 2

The calipers are sanded down in a multi-stage process to achieve an even and smooth finish.

  • Yellow sports car covered with plastic in a garage.

    STEP 3

The entire vehicle is covered in plastic sheeting and all areas surrounding the brake calipers are masked off to protect the vehicle from any overspray.

  • A shiny black car is covered with a transparent plastic sheet, with the wheels wrapped in paper and taped for a paint job inside a garage, with yellow jack stands supporting the car.

    STEP 4

The calipers are wiped down and primed, they then get sprayed in your choice of colour.

  • The image shows a close-up of a car's front brake disc and suspension with a vibrant blue BMW M Sport brake caliper mounted on the rotor.

    STEP 5

A factory or custom logo is added if requested by the client and then sealed in with clear coat.

  • Close-up of a blue sports car's front wheel with a black rim, pink brake caliper, and a visible brake disc, parked on asphalt with a wooden fence and trees in the background.

    STEP 6

Finally, the wheels are refitted and lug nuts are torqued to OEM specifications
